Hi, please I need some advice on my mum's Supervisa application. Does she have to be physically present in her home country during the application? She has the regular visitor visa which she got last year, we extended it by 5 months after which she went back home.
Now we want her to come back while she waits for her Supervisa.
She did her medicals this year as requested during the Visa extension.
Thanks for your time.
If she holds a multiple-entry visa, she can try to come back. Whether or not she's admitted is another question, but that is for the CBSA officer to decide.
She may need to send her passport to a visa centre for processing if approved, and if you are not in her home country for that, you may need to request IRCC to allow you to send it to a Canadian location.
