Hi there,
The travel agent we are working with has bought return ticket 1 year from data of entry for my mother for her supervisa application . He is saying that she will not be allowed to leave India at the port of exit (Mumbai in this case) since she is travelling on a non-immigrant visa. She may also be refused entry at the port of entry in Canada if she doesnt have a return ticket.
Considering that return tickets are NEVER valid for more than a year and the whole purpose of supervisa is an extended stay I find that hard to believe.
If anyone knows more about this, please advise.
