Do we need to upload Medical Info?

Hello,

My wife (PA) did her medical last week and they gave her an information sheet and asked her to upload that using GCkey or webform. Do we need to upload any info after medical? Because in the medical instruction it was not mentioned anywhere that we have to upload anything and all results are mailed to CIC from the medical center. People who have pass the medical test did you guys upload anything or this is a mistake from the medical center as they might assume that my wife was applying for PR through express entry. Please help!

The panel physician sends the results directly to CIC, nothing to be done by the applicant.
