deferred medical docs - received but not received??

Hi, my wife (applicant) uploaded her medical (deferral) papers to CIC and got a confirmation email of the upload four weeks ago.

However, the CIC message area now says that "we did not receive the results of your required medical exam" and shows a link on how to do a medical exam.

Did you remember to actually "send" the papers after you uploaded them? If so, then just try uploading and sending them again. You can also send a message to them through the webform to inquire if they received the papers and if that is just how it is listed since you deferred the medical exam.

There was someone on this forum that uploaded their documents, but didn't hit the submit button to actually send them. Just thought that could have happened here as well. If not, follow the other advice I gave above.
