Hi! I have worked 8 months as freelancer full time for an advertising agency in Canada, then they hired me for 4 months until my visa expired. Now that I am in Spain my company asked me to work as remote freelancer for them but still waiting for that to happen. I also have 2 years of work experience on my field but not as freelance, it was full time permanent employee. Do I qualify for self-employed visa?
No you don't qualify.. It has to be 2 full years of self employment... Freelance or any other similar.. but not a salaried position
