I am a freelance software developer self employed since 5 years,
And 7 Years of experience in Regular Job as a software developer with software companies.

IELTS 7.5, Learning french currently. Net Asset is more thn 200000 CAD. Monthly income 7000CAD can provide proofs

I would like to know if Self employed freelance software developers are eligible for self employed category.

What are your thoughts, do you know any one who immigrated as self employed ?
