I received a letter in MyCIC account requesting that I provide a letter to confirm that I live in Canada! Looks like they do not call anymore to confirm presence for inland applicants.
1 - If you don't have COPR, no need to attach it. In my case I've added photos following the requirements and a copy of this letter. That was enough (I didn't have the COPR)
2 - It depends on a lot of factors, in my case it took a month, but on the official website it said it could take up to 113 days. But you don't need the card for anything else other than entering Canada. The letter should be enough for all services you need inside Canada.
3 - You don't need to reissue a new ohip. You may want to get a new SIN number that does not start with 9 and let your employer knows it. Also your bank.
Hi rfsbsb,
I received the COPR and information letter today in my EE profile. It mentions I should send the photos to the IRCC office for the pr card. I was wondering if additionally to sending the photos with the letter, you submitted the pr application and paid any fees ?

Hi Guys,
I am inland PNP applicant and got approved in my GIC account last Saturday. CoPR document and its number appeared in my profile but can not download. I have not received any CoPR email or phone call. They just directly approved via my online GIC account. it been 2 days now since my profile changes to `approved`. Should I email them for CoPR email or just wait? Thank you guys.
I got my PR approved today and like some of you guys I haven't received any COPR email yet. I accidentally logged in this morning and found my case being approved.
I called CIC and the agent said it may take a few hours or a few days to get the email with the COPR document.
She looked at my application and said they haven't issued that COPR document yet and i need to wait.
