Didnot receive biometric instruction letter

Hi, I had applied for sowp on 26th October and paid biometric fees on 30th October and raised a web form along with receipt, but still waiting for BIL anyone facing same issue? If yes then what should be the next step?

Hello,
I applied for PGWP application on January 14,2020 online. But i paid biometric fee after submitting file and upload copy of receipt by Web Form. But i have not received my biometric instruction letter yet. And even it's more than 105 days now. I am worried because i applied for my spouse open work permit application on march 5, 2020.
how is his application going to be processed if i am not getting my permit yet.
can anyone help me with this?
