Hi, I had applied for sowp on 26th October and paid biometric fees on 30th October and raised a web form along with receipt, but still waiting for BIL anyone facing same issue? If yes then what should be the next step?

I submitted my study visa on March 8 2022.I havnt received biometric collection letter so far.Please help me with this.I paid biometric fee with application fee.

I had paid fee for biometrics on 5oct 2022 but i do not get biometric instructions letter till now it passed 45 days i also raised web form for that but there is any response.what should i do to solve this problem
