Guys,
My case is complicated...please bear with me.I keep my question short and simple.I went to USA with a student VISA but I did not go to college.within 2 weeks I went to Canada from USA by crossing the border without proper authorization and applied refugee protection.Unfortunately Refugee board rejected my case although my refugee claim was not a bogus one...and they gave me a departure date and asked me to leave the country.then I left the country on that date.
so my question is in the future can I migrate to US ? it can be via spouse sponsorship or work visa (H1B) or DV lottery? what action should I take in order to gain entry to US? please advice me.
I suspect a return to the US will be complicated since you entered the US on a study permit and then didn't engage in studies. You should expect this to be viewed as an abuse of your visa privileges.
Again, you need to post your question to a US immigration forum where people who are familiar with US immigration rules can advise you. See the link I provided above.
That's not something I can help you with. I have no issues accessing the site.
There are other US immigration forums - you can run a google search to find them. You really need to post your question to a US immigration forum. This is not a Canadian immigration question.
