Yes I'm aware of that. The said unauthorized work was not used in our immigration points.
We went back and from there we applied under Quebec with education and experiemce gained in our home country.
In that case you shouldn't have any issues with your application.

We even submitted our FBI and our local PCC.
I hope and pray for a positive result because my wife didn't apply for the asylum in the States. She had no control over it since it was her dad who applied the whole family.
We voluntary exited the US in 2007 so we were not detained nor charged of any crime.
As an illegal, of course we worked without proper authorization. However, our application in Quebec did not include any work we've done in the US.

Hello Guys
I need your advise on my case please:
I am QSW applied for PR in April this year,
In my wife's Background declaration form we indicated "no" to all items relating to question # 6 which is to do with the previous convictions, arrests, charges etc.
Sent a complete file to my Immigration consultant, except the US police Certificate of my wife which was still pending with the FBI, for further submission.
My immigration Consultant, upon sending my file to CIO through Canada post, realized that he received my wife's US police certificate, in which he included it in my file and sent it straight to CIO,
The US report stated that my wife was charged in 2003 and was deported from the US, however my consultant did not modify or change question # 6 in the declaration form.
Now i received an email from my visa office requesting that i refill question # 6 and resend to them.
My question is: will this be considered, by Canadian Immigration officers, a misrepresentation?
If so, although we did not have the intention to provide wrong information in the application, how can we justify that?
Please advise!
Hi,
If I may ask, what is the status of your application?
Kindly refer to page 3 of this forum, you can read there my immigration history .
Currently, I already applied in CIO under QSW but with our history, I'm still waiting for our federal AOR.
Thanks

None of this will be held against you in an immigration application to Canada provided you included all of these details in the application. So it doesn't sound to me like you have anything to worry about.

Hi, do I have to provide State Police Clearance or FbI is already enough since in CIC website, FBI is the only one mentioned there?
Thanks in advance.
@Leon
Here is my situation. Recently My Visa has been revoked at port of entry of US due to submitting experienced resume to get a Job there. They have taken my sign on the exit form and also took finger prints. There was no any Ban or criminal records in my case. I just signed those and exited. They told me you can enter after getting a new Visa. I am planning to migrate to Canada through express entry. I am not sure what's my PCC gonna say. Will that be an issue?
It won't be an issue provided you mention the refusal in your application.
