I am awaiting the rejection letter

As per my calculation I got 69 Points

I really didn't know what was the reason actually.

I am a Manager in MNC and having 19 years of Experience.

they made immigration process a business. they are collecting money to run there embassies expenses. they can make any reason to reject. e.g. they gave 4700 visas for Pakistan. still they are pending more than 40000 applications. what will they do. after all they have to reduce backlog.

Dear Indian, you can try apply under Strategic Initiative Stream (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Workers).
But first order CAIPS.

Sorry, I am not allowed to post links. But don't mix different streams of Manitoba program. If you sister doesn't live in Manitoba, you need Strategic Initiative Stream.
To apply under this stream you don’t have to be connected to Manitoba through the support of family or friends who live there.

By the way, in 2011 they conducted two interview sessions in Europe, in Berlin in spring and in Paris in autumn.

The most important thing at the interview is to convince the immigration officer of your great potential to find job in Manitoba. As you are 0213 it may be easy.
But before you get invited to the interview, you should write a good motivation letter, like cover letter, where you can say, why you are applying under this stream, how you like Manitoba and how valuable you can be for Manitoba’s economy.

Consultants are keen to earn money, they don't think for the future because future is yours. They are nothing but bastard & selfish
