While ordering CAIPS notes what type of information should be requested:
1. ELECTRONIC NOTES (CAIPS or GCMS)
2. VISA FILE
3. Both of above

As per my view, you will get your Visa soon...I read many bolgs...when they change to Decision made then that mean you will receive your visa...I am 99.9% sure...Good luck
