Now i will tell you my story i have been to australia and after 2 and half years they refused my visa twice now i come back to India with my wife and 4 months old daughter but life keeps on moving may God bless everybody in the world. this is my true story bro plz dont lose your heart i think that might be system error.

Even an another applicant "rkv" has been rejected for the same adaptability reason. He couldn't prove his
relationship with his brother, as per CIC rules.
Maybe you can talk to rkv to see how you both can solve this issue.

Dear Indian brother

I got the same e-case status since October 2010(up-till now) and during this period i got re-medical request on mar 2011 and further documents request on feb2011 and my first medical already done on march 2010.
So,my time line is
first med:mar 2010
status like yours:since oct 2010 to uptil-today)
further documents request:feb2011
remedical request:march 2011

So bhai i'm not giving u hope but u should wait for CHC response.

This is the most unpleasant update. I wish this is untrue since many people here including me have dual status in E-CAS viz. AR & DM. I wish this turns out to be another E-CAS error.

As per my view, you will get your Visa soon...I read many bolgs...when they change to Decision made then that mean you will receive your visa...I am 99.9% sure...Good luck
