I'm inland applicant actually
I contacted my MP today again, and the assistant said: "well has been only 13 months...there are people waiting more than that! if it's necessary to redo your medical they will advice you. DM doesn't mean you will get PPR right after..."
i said it has been 11 weeks!! se said i'm not working for CIC... i don't have more info
Maybe i should phone them myself?! i really do not know
I am in the same boat as you Florenca. I send cic the email and then they reply me like this:
Dear Applicant,
Your medicals were about to expire, so we have put in a request for them to be extended. Once this has been completed an officer can do a final review of your application.
Regards,
But the main thing is I do not know how many time they will spend on it.I think maybe you have same situation with me so just share with you and please keep update when you have a news from them. Thank you.
Dear Mindy, i appreciate it very much... yes that helped a lot
