Decision made but no letter?

hello everybody
.we are all in the same boat.
my husband sent my application on november 2013,and january 22, 2014 my husaband recieved an email saying that he met the requirements for elligibility to sponsor and that they sent the application in manila office on the same date,until now i havent heard anything from VO..dont know if the manila office recieved the application or not.. still waiting...
i hope this thread will be updated from time to time especially about the updates of the applications..

Manila vo will not send a message telling you they received the application. You probably won't hear anything from them until they request something from the applicant. You can always request notes to see how the application process is going.

Hello,

I got a decision made on Aug 20 2019 I have a rep and they didn't receive anything in the mail or via email. My question is, does CIC send an email or letter when PA decision is made?

I am USA citizen PA my wife is Canadian citizen sponsor.
