Did the letter say that the file transferred to Paris or how did you know ?

I am waiting for my letter too , I called CIC regarding the decision has been made and they've told me it was sponsorship approval and the next step will be in the local vo and she did not know which one . she said just wait until further updates
my visa office is Cairo , and I do not know if they accept files or not as the office is closed as shown on the website
