I submitted both of my parent’s applications together through IRCC portal.i don’t see the status of the biometrics updated on my mother’s profile.Any idea?Do I need to inform IRCC?Even I am not able to set up a tracker account for her as well.

My eligibility completed on December 9. Still waiting. I think it varies case to case.

Any update on your case. Mine eligibility completed on 31st dec. After that no update. Tracker shows bg check in progress.

Biometric done on Dec 27.
No updates after that.

Eligibility- Not started
Background check- In progress
Final decision- Not made yet

And got rejected (received in inbox) for very generic reasons. Good luck all of you!
