December Application OINP

Hi,

I received couple of mails today about OINP status(application sent on 31st Dec, 2015) and first mail says they tried to contact my India number but no response (as I currently moved to Canada under WP and yet to update my current address and contact details to CIC). And following mails state they tried to reach to get additional information about my application regarding employment during my previous canada tenure details and payslips, T4 etc.. and gave 15 days notice to update them back.. Does anyone got these kind of mails recently? please confirm.. thank you!!

I received a mail today asking me to authorize WES to send ECA report to them directly and i have been asked to do this within 15 days. Has anyone faced this ? Is this a positive indication? am i now closer to receieve a nomination?

Received acknowledgement letter: 24th June 2016
Received ECA request (duplicate from WES directly): 7th Oct 2016

I thank you all in the forum especially all the December group applicants to be with me and motivate me all the time during the journey.

I have one question...is it possible if my wife's mom gifts money to my wife and make a gift deed on my wife's name and thn my wife gives a Noc saying "I don't mind my husband using the money"? We both are going together

Convert one of your bank a/c into a "Joint a/c".

Ask your Mom-in-law to transfer money into that joint a/c. Get a gift deed from her that this money is a gift to BOTH of you for your settlement in Canada and need not be returned. Get a Bank certificate from bank mentioning that it is a joint a/c belonging to You & your wife opened since 1-Jan-0000 and having XXXX balance (C$YYYYY) as on 29-Feb-0000. Submit Bank Certificate along with Bank Statements to OINP.

@starluck It's fine, as of today it's a joint a/c period. Banks only mention the date a/c was opened on the certificate.
