I have one question...is it possible if my wife's mom gifts money to my wife and make a gift deed on my wife's name and thn my wife gives a Noc saying "I don't mind my husband using the money"? We both are going together

yes possible. make sure your mother in law deposit the amount through cheque and be prepared to give details where they funds were raised from. Whether she withdrew the FD or not.

Bestofluck NoM clicked, now its the turn of Oct/Nov applicants. Hope very soon all of them will get NoM.

The sudden surge in NoMs gives all of us a hope for early NoMs. I am a mid Feb applicant; it will take a long time for my turn.

The unexpected OINP speed has brought cheers and smiles.

Yes, we all deserve the NoM as I have been reiterating that all applicants are highly qualified professionals who have worked hard, applied
and have waited for so long investing time and money.

I knew the speed will be lightening one day. Once the November applicants are cleared you will see supersonic speed too. They will try to give nominations to all before Christmas.

@MZASAM you had a late dream, or else you would have got rid of my additional doc req and I would have got direct nomination. Lets dream for it now for DD.

The awaiting investment above the additional OINP fees is

5,800 INR for medicals, 550 CAD for application ( + 490 later ) , 500 INR for PCC.......Keep invested till you get PR
and the worst part is you cannot withdraw the POF ..............

Firstly congrats buddy, secondly, i heard somewhere after issuing the bank statement for the federal after getting your ITA, you can possibly take out money as you wish. It is very rare that the IRCC will ask again for a POF, and it is "supposed" that your bank will protect your secrets and never give out information about your account to anyone
