In principle, BGC starts after eligibility is passed. However, I wouldn’t worry about that much, some people pass eligibility in a few weeks after AOR and stay in BCG for ages while others pass eligibility after several months but finish BGC in a week or so. For this reason, I suggest you keep your focus on making sure that there’s nothing that need acting on from your end to pass eligibility; the rest is out of your hands.

Are your EE points going to be impacted if IRCC doesn't count the experience you put wrong NOC. If yes or even no, raise CSE right away, without any dealy.

Correct it while submitting final application, if you have received ITA and mention the correction in LOE (letter if explaination). Correct it now only, if you are waiting for ITA.
How do you know if you've passed eligibility? We just received our pre-arrival services email - does anyone know what this means? BGC has not started according to GCkey. We are with London Visa office.
We finally received PPR from LVO.. We are going to submit the passports on Sunday.. wishing all Dec applicants best of luck.. it does work out at the end!
