I have a question. My profile apperas to be updated on 4th february. Overall status on my profile is same as it was from the day of AOR. I do see a pupal star with comment NEW Update. Can anyone let me know what does this means ? I did not get any email.

AOR - 20th december 2024.

This is known as a ghost update or GU. Basically an action was taken on your file and it may or may not result in the tracker being updated. If there is an update to the tracker, it usually takes up to 2 days to appear.

They say email could arrive up to one week before your test window starts. In either case, you really don't need the email.
Once you get to your window dates, you can proceed with the test.

thank you, husband and daughter needs to take a test. my son is minor so he is not included. is it ok to have it on weekends?

Majority who received test Invite is AOR in the first half of December, logistically I know there is nothing I can do so to stop worrying about it. HOWEVER, mentally, I am screaming, lollll

Same here... We now also have a Dec 17 AOR that got the test invite.
I say we try to remain sane for another week or so....and if we don't hear anything by the end of next week, then we better prepare ourselves for a lengthy process. :-(

Yes, you can take it anytime during the day within your testing period.
If you read the link I provided, IRCC explains everything to you. There are things you must do to access the test, so I suggest you read it carefully.

I dont think it comes to the lengthy process conclusion very quickly, I see in other threads that ppl from Oct application also got the test invite now but completed background check earlier than that...

I received my AOR on 17th Dec; One of the lawyer applied my Citizenship application; So it is his email on the application; However, when I got the AOR from lawyer I registered on tracker. All of my items - Language, Background, Physical and Prohibition are in progress no change at all. I do not see any GU; I guess my lawyer must be getting them. If I do not get Test Invite this or by end of next week - I will assume, that it is gonna delay. But thanks for the updates here.. Good luck guys
