I had issue for proof of parental for my son's travel document, so I put my wife's birth certificate to be safe, but they asked to resubmit with removing those documents or put a explanation letter and resubmit. I think my application started since today and I have to wait at least 2 week for AOR.

hmmm that’s odd. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone that got asked to remove a document. If they don’t use a document, they would just ignore it. Thanks for sharing!

Hi,
I need help filling the Residence & Tax section.
I renewed my India passport while in Canada. The new India passport shows Place of Issue as Toronto.
What should I fill in the Country or territory of issue? Will it be India or Canada?

Does providing consent for National Register of Electors increase wait time for the completion of citizenship?

I have one question for experts, does anyone know how long is the process for seniors. This application is for my mom and she is 73, single applicant. As she don't have to do test, is there a faster processing or similar to normal processing time. Just asking for information. Thanks

As most of them have to face interview the process seems to be a bit slower compared to others.
