Here's my timeline:

EE CEC (Healthcare)

ITA: Nov 20
Application Submitted: Dec 8
AOR: Dec 8
BIL and Medicals Passed: Jan 20
Biometrics Completed: Jan 21
Additional Documents Required: Feb 12 (Uploaded same day)
Portal 1 Email: Feb 13
Portal 2 Email: Feb 14

Does it mean you passed eligibility and BGC already

Hi! They requested our police certificates from our home country. Prior to moving to Canada, we worked and lived in the Middle East for several years so they didn't request it initially. I already had a recent one on hand, so I submitted it promptly. In the UCI tracker, as soon as I received my Portal 2 email, both my eligibility and background check statuses were updated to Completed. So I suppose, yes.

thanks got my ITA same time but AOR December 19. Eligibility is saying not started on tracker.

You may want to check the status of your eligibility in your account, not the tracker. If I remember correctly, my eligibility did not start in the tracker but in my account it's already in process.

That means they've both started. They may just not have updated the UCI tracker

Okay because I have a dependent and they just recently updated our application to medical completed. But the tracker keeps updating but no visible message. Thanks for the help

It will update after 2-4 days and sometimes 1 day. In my case, I saw an update in Tracker, but nothing in that. After 3 days, on the 18th, I saw medical completed on the 14th of February.

Same updated just after application. Someone said it’s when you call them they update with a message. We received your inquiry

Hi everyone,

I have AOR on Dec 21, 2024 and BIL on Jan 31, 2025. My biometrics is done on Feb 03, 2025 and its info is correctly shown in my gckey account.
However, until today the status on my application is still "Your action is required" and there is still this line under the Biometrics: "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.".

Does anyone here with a similar timeline have the same issue?
