Just curious here, if you did not receive AOR, how did you get the application number in order to link to tracker?

Hello!!
We have pretty similar timeline. My husband and I have also completed the test on 26 and our PO is SCR as well. I have noticed that the test pass is usually completed in the tracker around 3-5 days but it can vary so I would say we still have some days to wait.
In terms of the BG, I dont believe majority of the people are getting it as complete before the test, I have seen rare cases where that's the case, lately.

Normally oath date should be visible. Maybe it will be there in a day or two. But as you said you had criminal case better would be to call IRCC and check the decision they made. Email if you get uld also have that details.
