Do we even know ehat is the expected wait time for ppl stuck at security screening?

Did you order GCMS Notes? Does it indicate Security in progress, Criminality completed?
Also, did they ask for Fingerprints or so?

Hi everyone, my application is still in progress. Everything is green except for the prohibitions and oath. My last ATIP notes indicate that ICES was requested on June 18, 2024. Do you know what it means? I did a quick Google search but still want to hear if anyone is in the same situation. Could this be the reason why my prohibitions is still pending?

Someone noted: Don't remember what the acronym means, but ICES is a database where the Canadian Border Agency (CBSA) logs movement in and out of the country of people. IRCC request CBSA to share data on the applicant to verify the physical presence in the country. I think it is usually initiated when you presence is less than 1200 days. They Shared: Yesterday I recieved a oath invitation for April 4th. LPP on the tracker showed completed on March 12th. My ICES was initiated on Feb 2nd. Hope this helps! Good vibes for all who are stuck at LPP after ICES request, I hope you get good news soon!

Still stuck :/ this is frustrating! What can be done?! Do we contact our MPs at this point? How does one go about doing that?
