So for outlanders only a request under the Privacy Act is available. Are GCMS notes covered by Privacy Act or Access to Information Act?

Ok, my initial question was quite specific =)
In other words, is it ok for outlanders to directly order notes via the link provided? without any help from companies in Canada..
Do we have anyone here who did it and recieved the result?

As I understand outlanders can use the Privacy Act.
I always use Privacy Act to get GCMS even though I am inland, cuz it is free lol
But to answer your original question, GCMS notes can be ordered via either Privacy Act or Access to Information

Honestly, same. But I will definitely call on Monday if nothing happens. I have installed yola app. Looks like I just have to recharge it for some amount and then I can call.

interesting that they gave you that much detain and for me the just said background is in progress did you ask some thing specific or the person was just nice enough? also how long did it take you to get GCMS notes?
