If you have your UCI and Application Number you should be able to be updated with your application using Tracker: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register.
Mine is not yet available due to: "If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

AOR: DECEMBER 10

once you receive BIL at same time you get UCI updated and then you can create application tracker using this link Your Application Status Tracker / Votre outil de suivi de l’état des demandes (cic.gc.ca)

you need your UCI and application number to create application tracker after BIL.
