What should one enter in the Field of Study for class 12 - My major subjects were Physics , chemistry, maths. Should it be science general or science applied

I received only one document from the clinic that states the examinations that I did, which also contains a reference UMI. Should I upload this document when the request for Upfront Medicals is received?

Hi, I need some advice, please. My current job position is being switched to another job position within the same department & company (if i pass probation). The new position would fall under the same NOC code as the previous position. Just a different title. I just submitted my application via EE. Would I need to make a new reference letter and inform IRCC?

The reference/experience letter should cover the years of experience you are claiming points for. Also note that what is evaluated is the job duties, not job title.
I don’t think you need send IRCC new experience letter as you are practically performing same duties with same employer.

I had my medical in 2021.

Currently they have medical exemption in place so the one done in 2021 is still valid.
