I think so too, October AOR are not cleared yet, that's the bad part. The good part, in my opinion, is that no invitations were issued during November break which might accelerate the whole queue wait.

Just saw this in other thread not sure if others has update like thjs from here.

" Some people even with December AOR (CEC) are able to get updates by calling IRCC. I called last week and they said I've passed candidate eligibility and criminality check was in progress. Kinda strange as UCI is still not updated and no BIL. AOR: December 15, 2023 " computerscience23 said

Plenty of people have reported the same thing. Eligibility and background check seems to be in progress for a lot of applicants even as they wait for MEP/BIL.

I submited Upfront medical and Bio that I took visistor visa in 2020. According to new rule, do I need take new Bio? Aor 18 Nov 2023 FSW outland. Thanks
