I have not seen such a case yet. ADRs are only issued after R10 pass. Before R10, an application is usually cancelled in case of missing/invalid docs.
How many time taking pass r10 after applied application. Because I don't have gc key .my agent applied this file from own portal .I have recieved two mails same day when I applied full application .one of you have a new massage in your portal account and second one we sent you a msg about your application E00....... etc

The confirmation about R10 happens when you are medicals pass or receive your biometrics request. That's challenged right now with IRCC agents triggering BIL late for most applicants(1.5-3 months from AOR).

iirc, your IELTS was valid till your AOR. You should be good. IRCC is not forgiving when they cancel your application, they won't ask you to retake IELTS before R10. They never ask to retake IELTS even after R10 pass - I've never seen a case where they asked someone to retake their IELTS and let someone add that to their existing application.

Hey IRCC changed the rule about BIL. The applications which are submitted after June 14 2023 for EE PR, irrespective of whether you have provided Biometrics in any other case, you have to provide Biometrics again. I know its funny but what to do, they are coming up with things that create any kind of employment and money generation inside Canada. LOL.

What do you think, when are we going to see the first BIL for Dec AOR? =)

Hey man, I know this is the one thing that is bugging everyone in this forum. But because of recent delays, due to the IRCC technical delays, I am not even sure that we could depend on the previous year's stats. One thing is for certain, we need to wait for that one golden boy/girl to get their BIL first and I am sure things will move forward for everyone else simultaneously.

And one more thing, these forums are the only thing that are keeping me sane.

If IRCC is checking for eligibility and background before issuing BIL for some applicants, then I guess if there are any concerns regarding eligibility of the applicant, the ADR should come before BIL and R10, right?

IRCC can't process an incomplete application tbh. So R10 is likely to be marked pass way before BIL is being issued right now - we can only confirm this from GCMS notes of people who had their eligibility/background check started with delayed BIL(by comparing dates). In that specific case, if results were invalid before AOR, they'd simply cancel the application. They won't ask you to retake IELTS.

The only case for expired/invalid IELTS that I've seen post R10 was this: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...threads/procedural-fairness-for-ielts.790029/ - so, no data for us to say an ADR will be issued.
