Paper applicants have access to the old ECAS. ECAS shows in process just before BG check is started.

Online applicants only have access to the new tracker. And the new tracker will show in process as soon as you are able to create an account

Was able to create a tracker account after 48 hours and see the “In Progress” status!

How long after AOR can I create tracker account?

Its now 48 hours since AOR but still getting that invalid error

I was able to create right after 48 hours. But I think for some people it took up to 72 hours. So you may want to give another day.
