You are right but officially there is no there is nothing that they will redirect the mail at this location I’ll probably have to call ircc to confirm this.

It's normal, IRCC has been redirecting mail based on processing capacity. Plus only the account holder IRCC can redirect an addressed mail. There's nothing to worry about.

You do not need to call them, if the mail is re-directed then IRCC is doing it, just like Online applications will get moved around to different office that has capacity they are doing the same with Paper re-directing them to a centre that has the capacity as they work thought the backlog. only the mail box owner can have mail re-directed so I am not sure why you would be worried, u have nth to worry about and no need to call them, but all up to you if you wanna call
