I’m 25th of Dec and haven’t received it yet

how do you know if you application is "in process ecas"? my application status at the top of the tracker says that its in progress

ECAS is only available for paper applicants... for online applicants you'll need to use the new tracker and it should show "in process" once you are able to create an account

IRCC works in mysterious ways!
Hopefully another agent will pick these applications up tomorrow. It's already end of day in NS

it's totally unpredictable.

wondering how they actually process the applications? like they have a portal, log in to it, and something like a ticketing system they pick up any application, scroll up and down and check and then checkmark a box that would email us the AOR? hahahah

Also, for online apps they can easily distribute AOR issuing load to other offices if they choose to. Sydney, NS does not need to be a bottle neck. They are online applications and can be accessed from any office!
But I guess they are going to stick to their traditional process :-/

My online portal still says "Submitted" and not In Progress, is there a separate online tracker other than the application portal?
