Sounds like you are logged into the wrong place, that message only shows up in the application tool that you use to apply.

The tracker is here https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

You can only log in 48-72 hrs after you get the Email AOR also the AOR has instructions on what site to check etc so just read the letter in full.

When did you apply?

Use this template to send your information to the forum so that we can help you better when you fill out the below with the dates and all, if you submitted your application today then there is no way on earth that you have an AOR cause IRCC is still processing Oct AOR's so if you get the auto reply that says thanks for submitting then THAT IS NOT AN AOR

The google sheets here give us valuable information about overall progress and trends. Whatsapp messages are good for instant communication but searching and keeping track of progress is really hard. You really can not go back and find trends and quickly search statistics from Whatsapp messages. I would suggest you to please continue posting your updates in this form and continue contributing to the google spreadsheet.

If people splinter and have discussions outside of this forum, data quality here will suffer and people will benefit less from this forum. Contributing data here will really help everyone!

I would say a whatsapp group with a link to the sheet in the description
That way you can get an instant advice or though if needed and then go see the updates on the sheet
