Will this be a problem? I submitted my app around Dec 27. Should I wait on AOR and then call in to IRCC to let them know?

Yes wait for AOR and then submit the amended form or information via web form since right now there is no file in their system for you yet, you need an application number or whatever.

I recall only disclosing residency permits in this section, not visit visas. My whole passport copy is attached with visas and history of travel is there, is this okay ? My representative didn’t advise me otherwise either
I am also going to get my UK residence permit through spousal sponsorship soon, will I need to update IRCC when I get this?
Per instructions for Q13, you are required to disclose all types of visas or immigrations status. Once you get your AOR, you can let them know using webform and explain that you omitted the information because misunderstanding the question. You may let them know of your UK residence permit if it already approved at the time of signing your citizenship application using the web form as well
We go by delivery date. If your application was an online application then track it under Dec 2022. Else, if it will be delivered this week, then Jan 2023 spreadsheet
