NHS Cebu. I went there last May 28 to ask if my medical result was already submitted. I'm not even sure if they already did, but they just gave me a tracking sheet.

If your result is not submitted within 10 days, keep bugging them. Send someone to their clinic and ask them if they already forwarded the result to the embassy.

Does it say COMPLETED to all types of test? Because after the medical they gave me tracking sheet but the status for each test was all blank. I sent someone to their clinic after few weeks and they gave me tracking sheet with COMPLETED status on each test.

On the New PR Tracker I am only seeing "Updated" and then the date, but nothing has been updated aside from dates.

Yes, some applicant can get it before medical exam.

PreArrival means eligibility is completed. Sometimes the status on tracker is not up to date, but eligibility is actually completed.

That's exactly my thought. Pre-Arrivals are only for those who already passed / completed the elibility. Thanks USCAN2019.
