They accept PR as id only if you submit it along with another canadian id. Otherwise they will return your application. Drivers license or healthcard is good.

Thanks. There's literally no mention about the no-travel requirement. For the family piece it says "if you're applying for yourself, not with your family". This doesn't mean that you have to not have a family, only that you can't apply together.

Definitely paper based. Online application Is only for single application not for group without any travel history outside as a crown servant and family member of a crown servant and you're not using a representative.

I'm afraid the only thing you can do is wait until they contact you. As it stands, your application doesn't have a file number yet and it's just one in a sea of thousands of applications IRCC receives. As a result, any unsolicited document you send at this time can't be directly linked to your file because for all intents and purposes your file doesn't exist yet.
With regards to submitting another application, It's explicitly written on the page not to submit concurrent applications so I wouldn't advise that.
