Check the forms from the beginning to see if there are some questions you missed. Please make sure you you didn't skip any. It should work

Hey there,

I have been in your shoes (unfortunately it seems to be a very rare occurrence and no one on this forum could help me) so I know how frustrating it is. I eventually had to settle for using my girlfriend's computer to fill the form. Nothing else I tried worked including installing various versions of Adobe. Please do let us know if you found a way around it but don't waste too much of your time on it.

Is it the dropdown under letter a) ?
Are you using Acrobat Reader DC or, Adobe Acrobat DC?

I think I experienced the same before but when I switched to Acrobat Reader DC, I got the form working well. The Adobe Acrobat DC I had was just a trial of 7 days.

So this is what worked for me - I ensured that my date of birth is correct (this is for the form to verify that I am above 18 and under 55) and then validated it.

Quick question, in the physical calculator, in the physical absence column, I forgot to declare about the soft landing I did for becoming a permanent residence, It was literally leaving Canada for 10 mins and re-entering it.

Would this impact my application in any way?

Do I need to submit a new physical calculator copy?
