Received update on the portal for Test Invite on August 29 with Window September 2-22nd. No e-mail yet.

This is what I heard as well, but seems strange since all the tests are online now. Should be a bit more efficient.. sigh

Agreed 100%... I acquired pr from 3 different countries and unfortunately Canada is by far the worst.I think it boils down to service standards..Even in Eastern Europe they have service standards (i.e. a decision must be made within 12 months max)

So I applied for my citizenship on Dec 7th 2021. However got a request for “missing information” on feb 15th. Which I submitted within two hours of email notice.

Got AOR March 22nd, and in progress on March 23rd.

does anyone know if they use application date or AOR date ? Trying to figure if I’ll be part of the last batch of dec 21 or if my application date will be considered as January given the march AOR?

p.s. how do you all know your office ? I see Sidney in the signature of my AOR. Is that my office ?

All AOR come from Sydney, NS. Your application will be forwarded to the local office later. You will see which office when you receive the test instruction email. The local office will be where u reside.

How long after giving the citizenship test does the CIC tracker update? Would there be a "Citizenship test complete" update or is this only once "decision made" step?
