Application received dec 12th
Aor February 16 2022

since then there is no movement . Is there anyone here who submitted online and has progressed further? My pr card is expiring in six months so I’m beginning to get worried

You only need your PR card to travel. If you aren't travelling you should be fine. If you want to travel then I suggest you apply for a new PR card

We are a family of 4 - paper applicants. Only my wife received a request for fingerprint. Kids & myself didnt. Any trend on why fingerprints requested? Is it randrom? ANy pointers will be appreciated

It's completely random so no need to be concerned. In my case I got it but no one else in my family. After you submit, it takes 3-5 weeks to update in the application.

You only need your PR card to travel. If you aren't travelling you should be fine. If you want to travel then I suggest you apply for a new PR card

You never know when there will be family emergency. It is never wise to let travel documents expire.

I have similar case. Submitted on Dec 05, AOR Feb 13 online from Vancouver. No update ever since.
