Vancouver VO was pretty fast for CEC based on some previous threads, definitely faster than Ottawa. I think Ottawa is working on the eligibility for Sep candidates. I'll post about Vancouver if I come across anything

Based on what I've learnt so far in this process, GCMS request won't slow down or impact an application.
