CEC Inland folks directly get COPR, most people receive a phone call or email to confirm their Canadian address - something known as virtual landing. After COPR, you send them your Photo(s) and you'll get the PR card(s)

Current status was reflecting as
Application/profile updated, whereas there was nothing updated. Thereby, I logged out and login back, Current status was changed back to
Submitted. Was that kind of
Ghost Update, if yes, what it could be, any idea please ?

Yes, that's what usually people call as a GU. This usually happens when some kind of an update happened in the backend per others' experience. In your case, may be criminality is passed.
