December 2019 Inland Spousal Application (With or Without OWP)

I think that we only had one person (confirmed) or maybe more that got their OWP approved last week Wednesday. Takes few days to receive the permit.

Any idea what day that their visa was received? Gonna guess like December 1st or 2nd?

@nickbroken If you mean the day his/her application was received by IRCC, the thread says December 2nd, 2019. Please double check the thread for December inland sponsorship

MY OWP IS FINALLY APPROVED! I checked my account and under status it stated : "Application/Profile updated". The final decision of approval was made today. COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER!

Thank you! Nope, no notification email. I was just casually checking my GC Key account for the tenth time as I usually do lol and there it was!
I am supposed to get the OWP through mail in the next two weeks I think.

Mine was received December 20 so I am guessing I have to wait three more weeks

Today IRCC updated my status passed my upfront medical exam for my PR (submitted my Inland spousal application+OWP December 30th, 2019) . I had the medical test March 11th, 2020 for my stay extension application which was applied in December 31st, 2019 and approved March 12th, 2020. I requested my medical report from the Panel physician and submitted it to IRCC by webform including my PR application number and they considered it for my PR today.

Either really. For example, my PR+OWP were received by IRCC on December 2nd, but online it says that my OWP application was submitted on November 25th.

Ahhh looks like they are going by the PR+OwP recieved dates.

@ShiroTheHero yes they are going by PR+OWP received date not the date OWP was linked/submitted online. This is because your OWP application has moved from received stage to in process before you could link it online.

I am using a Immigration Advisor for my application so I don't have access to the GC Key to check. I asked him when they approve the OWP if they send an email and he said no, first they send a letter and later they send the OWP.
Can you post here if you receive this letter in the next days?
