That was my agent, he took a bit of time for him to work on my application. However, lately towards end the of last year, another agent took over with the processing of my application.

Is anyone having a problem connecting with ircc on call ? I keep getting that due to high call volume they can't transfer my call. Any idea the best time to call them ??

Call them as soon as their office time starts, 8am Canada time

But do they answer non essential calls already? Last time I tried agent said they not answer any question if it is not essential calls it was several months ago

My friend was assigned to JR7898 and her VO is Ottawa too and mine is RC9515...At this point I don’t think it’s a place
