Yea, I don't think RC9515 is a place. I have friends with other codes still in Ottawa. A previous thread posted here shows people complaining about RC9515. I hope we get today. It's frustrating!

CEC Outland since dec 2019 that is rare, i thought cec applications were processing quickly in last 2 years

As I understand it about 90% of CEC applicants are inland, so they processed those quickly. Unfortunately a lot of those of us who applied from abroad have been stuck in limbo too.

Yes i did upfront med on Aug 24, 2021.
Got approved as passed on Nov 26, 2021.

You can try upfront remedical - it might helps, what is ur COR ?
