Sorry for the late response.
I don't think it's that expensive. I got charged $2 in the account and my call to IRCC lasted for 38 minutes. Still I have $1.66 balance.
It's 0.007 per minute.

Just received the GCMS ordered on Dec 7. The ordered date was just a week before the expiration of COPR and medical. I found the COPR section was removed. Probably they renewed medical and reissued a new COPR. The account dashboard has been frozen for nearly a year. The waiting journey keeps on for at least another 6 months.
Received re-medicals request and schedule A forms to be submitted today for both me and my wife. We both are CEC inland applicants applied on Dec 4th, 2019. Is that a good sign @legalfalcon ?
You will have to file a form IMM 5476 and indicate that you wish to remove the representative from your application and then create a GC key (MyCIC account) and link your application to your account.
Thanks ... Mine is Ottawa as well ... AOR 25 DEC 2019... gave my Medicals on 11th DEC 2019... but on the account the medical pass date is 16th Jan 2020... not sure which of the two dates is considered...
That's a good thing! Hope you get your ppr soon. When I called IRCC last December, it doesn't show yet that my medicals are extended. It could be that they are still assessing if its for extension or remedical. Btw, did you get any ghost update before calling IRCC and what's your VO?
Security still not started based on my last GCMS is August. I plan to get my medical exam next week. Not sure if this means some movement on my application or the endless wait continues...

My COR is Malaysia too. I've done my remedical in october last year but no news till now. Keep me updated once you received PPR!
Remedical is a good sign, at least there's progress in your file and most likely remedical is the final step before PPR.
