It's normal. We faced the same problem. They probably changed the matrix of measurement from months to weeks. For me over past 2 weeks time has come down from 18 weeks to 16 weeks.

Just in the space of today my application progress bar changed from 4months>18weeks>17weeks

I just got off the phone with IRCC.

They said my elibility is still "met" and criminality "passed", same as before. However, this time, the person told me that "once a second officer reviews the eligibility and it's set to passed, then security checks will begin". That's the first time I've ever heard that, and I know that the call center reps aren't the best experts anyway, but I wanted to pass on what she said.

@legalfalcon, do you know if this is correct? Your "How is an Express Entry Application Processed?" post doesn't mention the pre-requisite of eligiblity=passed (vs met) for security to begin.

My AOR is 8th dec.
Till now I have only passed medical.background check not started.
I m Outland candidate.
Should I also call cic to check status of my application or is it too early to call at dis stage?

I also send few documents and got reply that my file is at Delhi high commission and you please update them. Don’t know what they are doing. I called delhi high commission but can’t get through. They say only by mail contact us.

My case isn't the same as yours. I haven't sent any documents

Wow. The draw size today was still 3,350 and the CRS is up to 457! I'd be screwed if I had to apply again.

This was due to the 3 week gap. Next draw should be a lot lower if they do it in 2 weeks.

I tried this route you suggested and got through to an agent. She said I called the wrong line (not too politely) and that she would transfer me to the right one but I got cut off.
Then I called again later using the right steps. Got put on hold for 35mins and this was the response from a much nicer agent:
Criminality: passed
Security: not started
Eligibility: not started
She also said everything looks good and is moving fast and not to worry. So I'm hanging in here.
AOR: Dec 13th
FSW-O
Med Passed: Jan 24th

Hi. Quick question.
I submitted info for 3 jobs. Reference letters are perfect. They mention everything - dates, roles and responsibilities, salary, hours, signatures, and are on letter heads.
However, I submitted pay slips for only the main job.

My question is - When can they send ADR - if they will. I am in IP1 since Feb 4. Is there a latest date by which they will send ADR?

No ! ain't no one can predict when u'll receing ADR request .

Though if u so sure u'll receing ADR request submit those docs via Webform.

IRCC is unpredictable u never know .
