nope, FM is right. things have changed, and LVO is now taking an average of 5-6 months (and sometimes 2-3 months) to process cases. maybe you've been looking at the wrong spreadsheet?

note how they appear to be processing faster and faster as you go down the spreadsheet.

You're right and so is FM. I think I was looking at an older spreadsheet. I need to be added to this spreadsheet as well!
5 - 6 months is so so good *mashallah* comparative to 42 months previously :-\

Guyssss I cant access ECAS still!! I am worried. my application was received December 4, 2015 and I got my SA Feb 8, 2016.
I try logging in every day but I have no access.. What could be the possible reasons???

Not very sure about this but have you tried calling your visa office or if youre in Canada, try calling CIC. Hope this helps.

Make sure you are logging in correctly. You have to insert a hyphen in the UCI number, it should be like this: 1234-5678 , and use the sponsor's information.

If you are logging in with the application number then it should be something like F000123456 , followed with the applicant's information. If you still can't loggin, I suggest giving the call centre a ring.

I check my ECAS a few times a day without inserting any hyphen whether its my UCI(sponsor) or my spouse's UCI(sponsored applicant) and I get through without any problem. Although it doesnt hurt to try checking it using a hyphen.

I (sponsor) sign in with my UCI number putting my information all the way name/d-o-b/country of origin and I'm able to see applicant side (towards right) and sponsor side (towards left) hope it helps

Hyphen or not, you should still be able to view your e-Cas online. The best option solution would be to call CIC and ask.
