CSQ through Arima and PEQ 2020 : Federal Stage for permanent Residency .

I already have a work permit valid(LMIA based) till early October. now i applied for work permit extension already and waiting for Biometrics.

while the above situation was in hand. I got a good news that my CSQ is approved.

So the question is , is there anyone in similar situation!
if yes, how are you managing

Both are optional if in your country, they issue them optionally. I’ve seen a few French citizens ( our national ID isn’t mandatory) check “no” in that list and they’re PR now. If however you are married and/or have kids, you need to provide the family household registry as it shows your affiliation to your kids

In the general application form i have checked it Yes, however I forgot to send the photocopies of our National IDs. I have sent the family registration though. I hope they won’t return our application due to National IDs.

what is the approach! can we submit the application and work on pre-requisites like PCC? or we will have to complete the pre-requisites and submit the PR application ?

You have to wait for the official AOR... In about one year it seems

So this means they can return our application after one year if they find something missing or any mistakes in the forms. It would be a disaster.

I am requested by BCF lawyer to provide police certificate in Canada in addition to the one from my home country , did you provide both police certificates to Immigration or lawyer requested it to avoid any delay from Immigration if they will request it in any later steps ?

It's explained in the guide that you don't have to send the Canadian police certificate. They will asked for it if needed.

Hey, Why do you need to do a paper application and then link online ? Cant we do directly online application ? I am asking bcoz i am in PR stage prepartion got CSQ a week back.

Arima invitation : 04th july 2019
document request : 03 November
document received : 18 Novemeber
CSQ received ; 12 may 2020.
